Interview

It was a recruiter phone call. No video involved. We used amazon chime. I was asked 4 behavioural questions and some logistics questions. She was straight to the point, and probed some answers I gave.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Amazon (Milan) in Mar 2025
Interview
The process started with an initial screening, usually with a recruiter. This was fairly conversational. They wanted to understand my background, why I was interested in Amazon, and whether the Pathways program made sense given my experience. They also checked mobility, leadership exposure, and people-management readiness. Nothing overly technical, but very focused on fit and motivation.
