They have decent benefits but you need access to computer at Amazon in order to find out about the benefits. HR is not a help, they are young and still learning and a lot of them leave as the jobs is less pay and stressful. So find a computer and spend like 3 hours and print all the benefits so you can use them or you will never find out.

General health benefits. They only offer 10% discount at a cap of $100 per year. Other companies I've worked for or know doesn't cap their discount. RSU (restricted stock units) not until after 2 years with the company. 10 emergency days for the whole year but you don't get paid for the first 2 days. HR very picky about when you can use those days. You can't use an emergency day for a sibling's wedding and being a bridesmaid. When you do exceptionally well performance wise and quality, they give you swag bucks. Not a bonus, no real money, no gift card. You can use those swag bucks to buy amazon swag; hoodies, water bottle, shirts, and sweaters. You get paid 40 cents more once you get converted to blue badge. You don't get your full vacation days or paid time off hours right away. It accumulates bi-weekly around 3 hours every paycheck. You get 10% discount to join GoodLife gym.
The best thing about the benefits package is that it all starts day 1 for blue badges (people who are working directly for amazon)
