They provide step by step guidance on the hiring process. Tips are even provided on how to communicate answers. However, process takes time due to loop interview approach - you will need to go through multiple interviews.
2 Leetcode questions both were medium
The interviewer was very nice and helpful

Interview
Took the interview since my current position is being closed. It's all subjective and depending on a single persons opinion with no feedback or reason about the result. It's terrible to lose my job in such unprofessional way. There is no way to escalate this decision either.
Got contacted by recruiter and appointed the interview schedule. Two back to back interview. 3 questions per interview. Took about 2:30hr total. First stage was with HR for the brief introduction, then had two back to back interviews with different interviewer.
