Ich habe mich online auf die Stelle beworben und bekam innerhalb einer Woche eine Gesprächseinladung zu einem Telefoninterview. Das Interview war auf Englisch und es ging um competency based questions zum Thema Leadership.
Sie haben Leadership Principles auf Ihrer Seite, aber das fand ich für die Vorbereitung gar nicht so hilfreich. Die Rückmeldung mit einer Einladung zu einem face-to-face Interview (der finale step) kam ebenfalls wenige Tage später. Das finale Interview steht noch aus!

Extremely unprofessional in my opinion. Talked to 3 different people, all of whom were wearing old sweatshirts and not looking at the camera. As I was sitting on zoom in a suit jacket, did not feel at all a place I would be valued at.

All virtual. STAR interview questions (situation task action result). Think of examples of tough situations you had to deal with. I think I had 2 or 3 interviews before I got an offer. Pretty smooth process overall.
