a little too rigorous for the work I ended up doing--I brought in a portfolio (that he looked through every page of), asked me lots of "career" questions, showed me around the entire studio even though I would never see most of it again. Never actually was given advancement opportunities in the studio even though I was refered by someone in the studio and that's what I thought I was interviewing for.
