The worst , I was contacted by 3 recruiters for KAM job in Egypt (Souq.com) and coordinators that set the first interview date, on the time of the interview no one showed up !! .... and I sent emails and contacted them again via LinkedIn. then I was contacted by 2 different recruiters who set another interview appointment, the interviewer logged in 10 minutes late and was on a hurry to finish the interview and didn't ask much and speaker spoke bad English , I got a rejection letter and they didn't send the recruitment survey link although I asked for it , and didn't communicate or apologize for the poor planning .

Terrible, long process spent with a lot of preperation and arbitrary work. inteview questions devoid of human interaction design to get very granular in nature. Great company with great pay, I get why its so hard, but super frustating dedicating weeks to the process to ultimately be told no.

It was in rounds... people kept getting selected and rejected and then there were some who just kept moving up rounds. Someone was selected after the 1st round and i was rejected after 4.
