Interview
First step is a phone interview. If you make it past that, you’re invited to participate in virtual interviews. There was four interviewers total who asked different behavioral based questions.

2 interviews with people on the team I joined, half an hour each in length over Amazon chime online. I received an offer shortly after as it was a contractor role

Interview
They ask you questions about Amazon's principles, focus on customer obsession and ownership. Make sure you use the STAR method since that is the way they write everything out in their notes.

I interviewed through a staffing agency and accepted a contractor position as a recruiting coordinator. After about 9 months, I interviewed for a full time position at Amazon and met with 4-5 interviewers. Each interview was about 30- 45 minutes.
