Use the STAR method for behavioral questions. As long as you follow those guidelines and think about relating your experience in this format. Should be fairly easy. If you don't answer this way, it will be near impossible.

Thorough and fair, with positive feedback and consideration for timing. 4 hours in total with 4 separate interviewers went smoothly, with a break for lunch.
The STAR method is the expectation and I am prone to over-preparing so I felt the interview went well and was straight forward.
Unlike other interview formats where you may have to deal with bizarre hypothetical questions ("What kind of animal would you characterize yourself as?") these questions will address how you would respond to situations relevant to your role. If you do your research into the leadership principles and develop your stories you will have a fine time.
