Interview
Extremely long process ~ 2.5 months from first contact by HR to last onsite interview. Begins with 2 telephonic interviews by hiring manager and his manager. Then 5 onsite interviews by 2 senior program managers, 1 senior manager, 1 operations manager and business unit head. The HR was highly cooperative and all interactions with interviewers were highly inspiring.

Question 1
All questions were behavioral assessing candidate on amazon leadership principles over past experiences in project and people management. They also partially review candidate for positions two levels above.
The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
