Interview
It was through school. We had 2-stage interview rounds in the morning and the afternoon. I was unlucky as I was paired up with two interviewers plus a bar raiser. She asked many difficult but fair questions.

Interview
For manager and above, once the recruitment team identifies a candidate, they are scheduled for interviews. Apart from a phone round, folks will typically go through 4-6 rounds of additional interview. It will help if candidates are able to structure their responses in SBI format bringing out strengths that align with Amazon leadership principles.

Interview
Long and drawn out, about 10 weeks from initial recruiter call to loop. Finally I was flown out to Atlanta, GA for a loop of 4 interviewers and a tour of the DC in total a 5 hour day.
Screening phase with a recruiter who explain the position and the process and answer any questions.
Interview loop with 7 interviews. Some are for soft skills and managerial capabilities, and other more technical with a use case to handle. You need also to send a writing exercise.
