Talking to four people in one day. Each conversation lasted for about 45 minutes. Intense and they really dive deep into your experience and skills to ensure that you are the right person for the role.
2 interviews with people on the team I joined, half an hour each in length over Amazon chime online. I received an offer shortly after as it was a contractor role

They ask you questions about Amazon's principles, focus on customer obsession and ownership. Make sure you use the STAR method since that is the way they write everything out in their notes.

I interviewed through a staffing agency and accepted a contractor position as a recruiting coordinator. After about 9 months, I interviewed for a full time position at Amazon and met with 4-5 interviewers. Each interview was about 30- 45 minutes.
