Two preliminary fit interviews that focused on behavioral questions and had a lot of overlap. Then two additional interviews over teleconference, one an Excel test and the second a finance specific interview.

Interview
Online application followed by an invitation to a back-to-back interview with 4 people. I had to work on a financial model before the interview, and of the 4 people focused on the financial model during the interview.

Tell me about yourself. Why Finance? Tell me about a time you had to decide without the consent of your boss. Tell me about a time where you had to work with a lot of data to help make a decision.

Interview
Online assessment, Excel case, then 4 45-minute behavioral interviews where the interviewers asked questions related to Amazon's 14 leadership principles. During one of my interviews, I had to walk through the Excel case that I had been sent the day prior to the interview.
