All online, very user friendly. Once past the online portion, there is an orientation where prospective employees get a pep talk, request shifts, get a drug test. All of this took place in one conference room. Then there was a final session with a recruiter at the Amazon facility when your shift was confirmed and your training scheduled.

Complete an online quiz to sort coloured blocks according to some rules. You have to read the instructions, make sure that certain colour blocks aren't placed next to each other, for example
Easy interview process with questions about availability and preferred shifts. No questions about technical knowledge or competency. The interviewer was approachable and polite. Just be yourself and it will be fine.
