The standard of questions asked was really challenging and superb. Having attended many interviews back to back in my notice period, I would say, Altimetrik is the best that I have attended along with paypal.
Other interviews, I found some predefined standard 20 interview questions which anybody can answer , kind of Q&A.
But altimetrik was different.
I specially would like to mention the first technical interviewers name "Mr. Palani".
The choice of question, the way we discussed the technical stuff was really an example for how to pick a candidate for our product need.
I myself have interviewed(technical round) more than 200+ candidate, I felt, I really should learn things from Palani in the interview process.

Javascript, DS , Server Side Scripting (Node), APIs
1 hour technical interview. Covered core oops, spring boot and microservices related questions. Basic datbase (MySQL) questions. Project architecture.Got a feedback that i cleared the interview and no updates after that.
The interview process included an initial screening round, an in-depth technical discussion, problem-solving exercises, and a managerial evaluation, followed by a final HR discussion that focused on role alignment, relevant experience, communication skills, and overall cultural fit.
It was a good lengthy interview process with both the company as well as the client. I was selected for a client named Eaton . By looking at interview process itself i found the good organization.
