Very rough experience
What kind of architect or technical staff they have. They should have experienced staff to conduct this kind of interviews..
I had feeling some kind of programmer or mid-level engineer was taking my interview and he works only on one or two systems with very low knowledge...

The HR called and scheduled an interview.
When asked for reschedule due to a problem, he was very disrespectful and rude and disconnected the call abruptly. Wondering if I go through the process and couldnt join, how the behavior of these peple would be.

Very basic interview ..Interviewer seemed disinterested & was just rushing thru some Q&A just to cover time ( like a formality ) . This was very much a one directional "interview"

Interview will conduct and they will send bgv form also after that no contact no answer if you call back also. Worst organisation if you don't have real required don't conduct interviews don't waste resources time
