Akamai Program Director interview questions

A couple a recruiter phone screens followed by a on site interview with several people. On site interview lasted for 6 hours and was not well organized. It was hard to find the first room, there were no breaks between interviewers. Only water and no lunch/food or snack was offered (interview started at 10 am and went till 4 pm). Some of the interviewers did not explain their role and relation and appeared a little hostile. It is unclear if the company demonstrates little respect to all candidates or just some.
