I was refered for the role by a friend while i was completing my masters in engineering. It started out with a call by hr to find out my interests followed by a techincal phone interview. This was followed up by another tech phone interview (basic networks related stuff and about web technologies, my domain speciality). Tafter these two rounds i was asked to give a presentation over webex on http and one of my past projects from college. Theyvstress a lot on your ability to communicate as well your ability to defend what is on your slides. Practice on those and be sure you can justify your source for the information, make sure it is credible. After all these rounds they flew me down to bangalore for another face to face interview. Here i gave another presentation and spoke about my likes, dislikes and what i expect from them. I was not very convinced about the profile and that reflected in my interview very clearly which basically led to my rejection. I am glad i did not get an offer because they are a great company to work for only if you really want to be there. If i ever happen to spot a posting by them which matches my interests i would blindly take up their job offer.

The interview process is pretty straightforward, obviously you should be good with basic questions relating to your role. All the technical question revolve around basic know-how of the subject matter and test your communication skills too.
