Work ethic, goals, and sales experience were the topics of discussion. An explanation of the average day of an agent is thoroughly outlined as well as the process of getting licensed and contracted. Relatively easy going interview and hiring process.
The interview process was simple, as it was a conference of many people. The call was advised by a longtime leader of the company. The leader did a good job but there was a lot of misleading leading up to the call.

It was friendly, but they definitely pitch Aflac hard to you. Relatively easy interview questions: tell me about yourself, what do you know about Aflac, times working with clients in previous roles, comfortability working on commission, etc.

The first overview was amazing. Very informative. Mrs. Beth Withrow was very knowledgeable and very Motivating. I am looking forward to my second possible interview . And My possibly new future.
