I applied through university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Fort Smith, AR) in May 2014
Interview
It was a carefully constructed piece that they tell you. They made sure not to use the word commission so they won't actually tell you that it's a commission based job. You CAN make this a successful career but they give you pie in the sky expectations like $60,000 a year and that's just not true or fair! It feels like a trap but the experience was good IF you think you can do commission
Zoom meeting with regional manager. Was very thorough and informative. Good conversations and questions. I felt very comfortable and the manager was very easy to talk to. Was very satisfied with the whole process and excited to work with them.
They had one group meeting to discuss the job and then 6+ months before interviews. Takes a very long time to follow up but stay vigilant if you want to work for this company.
Started off as a group interview. This was not disclosed prior to the interview. It felt humiliating and degrading. No one said anything that felt genuine or welcoming. I left halfway through because it was so nauseating
