I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac in Sep 2014
Interview
Same as the others said, instead of interviewing you, they gave a presentation themselves and spent the whole session talking about compensation structure and certificates needed to take this sales job. Will need the license anyway, even if you're just an intern. After this "presentation", they'll ask u to think about it and request a second "interview", which is the real interview to be expected.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Aflac (Glendora, CA) in Mar 2026
Interview
In a Zoom call, a guy asked me questions in the interview. He first asked me about where I was calling him on Zoom before the interview questions. The guy was glad that I attended the information session the day before the interview and the interview.

Question 1
The guy asked me about my background and work history.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Winchester, VA) in Aug 2025
Interview
Group meeting - a couple of employees were there selling the job. A few candidates altered to the presentation. It was pleasant but not for me. It was about how much money you can make on residual stacking income.
Was a group setting. They explained what the company was about. Gave information. Was not a formal interview. Was not a good experience. I would not work for this company.
