There was a virtual Group interview that told us about the job, and gave general details. If you stayed through the entire “briefing” you are contacted to have a one on one interview with the recruiter, district or regional manager
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Are you licensed to sell life and health jnsurance?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Aflac (Santa Monica, CA) in Mar 2012
Interview
I never went though a interview, because of my experience I was able to just show up to training and sign my contract. They were surprised that I already had my insurance Lic, because 90% of there new "hires" are unlicensed or newly licensed. Most everyone else goes through a multi stage interview process, however they will hire anyone who can fog a mirror. The overall turnover rate is insanely high, there is a reason.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Boca Raton, FL) in May 2022
Interview
Professional and fast pace. A lot of explaining of the role and what to expect. Not many questions towards me since the position was to become an insurance broker I asked questions at the end to receive clarification.
