They’re very nice people and if you’re interested in insurance this is a good experience to have. In order to be an intern you have to take some exams to become licensed to sell insurance.
I applied through university. I interviewed at Aflac
Interview
It was friendly not too stressful, easy to talk to. Make me less nervous which is amazing. The whole process is smooth. Knew more about the team and the structure
Very straightforward and easy. Had one interview and was hired. They just want to know who you are as a person. No prior experience in sales is needed. It is unpaid but if you make a sale you get 40% of the commission which is huge!
After the initial first round of interviews, it took over two months for a response from the interview process. Perhaps I wasn't as good as I thought . Still, a timely response would have been courteous.
