I applied online. I interviewed at Aflac (New Brunswick, NJ) in Mar 2010
Interview
The impression was that you were coming for a one-on-one interview, but it was actually a full auditorium of people being told how great the company was. There was no one-on-one and anyone with an insurance license was hired, apparently. This is insurance, so they don't have to worry about paying you until you make them moey.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There were no questions, although later they did ask if I was on food stamps, so expect very personal questions.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aflac (Detroit, MI) in Sep 2021
Interview
The regional manager I was interviewed by was truly great. Super nice guy! It felt like I was talking to a close friend and not being interviewed for a job position.
straight forward and professional. Matt O'Hanlon gave me all the information needed, described what the job entailed, and made my internship experience worth-while. I strongly recommend Aflac for anyone seeking a sales position in insurance.

Interview
First email communication, phone interview next, final interview with the regional manager, the job offered accepted. Very laid back and seemed as if it was a genuine conversation with another individual.
