I transitioned from the VA EHRM contract formerly held by BAH. I think they needed people that had institutional knowledge and an active PIV/GFE so the job interview was fairly easy.

Interview
3 rounds, 1 standard screening 1 behavioral and 1 case study. Then once hired you will interview for a specific role as well. Case study can be challenging but materials are provided.
