Was really good and easy and the managers were so nice to talk to and ask me really good questions and made me feel at ease when answering this Came away feeling really good

Behaviour star model interview with a situational awareness test. If you memorise 2 for each behaviour you should be fine. No strength questions or ice breakers. Found it quite strange if I'm being honest. It also took months from initial questions to arranging an actual interview
