I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at ATB Financial in Jan 2019
Interview
Long and tedious. Several stages, first you apply, if they select you, you have to send a recorded interview, if you make that filter, you present a case to the hiring manager, and an HR rep, if you make it through, you have an interview with the VP.

I applied online. I interviewed at ATB Financial (Calgary, AB) in Jul 2022
Interview
Interview process was way too lengthy. 12 Video interview questions submitted virtually, then 3 in person interviews to be told they went in another direction, whats the point of having 4 interviews then be told no?
Structured yet very conversational. The interviewers had a set of questions and most answers were achieved through conversion. Very professional and very thorough.
I have been very impressed with the organizational culture and the respect given to potential applicants.
