sent resume in. it was reviewed and interview set up asked about non industry stuff and did not care about customer interface aspect and sales effort. job was customer focused and for qualified plans. given great job recommendation but hiring manager did not remember me from prior time there. overall had bad feeling with her as soon as poor quality interview started
