Applied on job board, took less than a week to get back and to set up an interview, one on one interview with hiring manager, hired on the spot because I asked for the job

It was very quick and easy. They did a surprise excel test which was pretty cool. They asked normal questions. I met some people on the team to see if it was a good fit for them. The interview lasted 40 minutes. It was straight to the point. It was great.
