Pros ADP Canada always outperforms its global entity, so bonus is assured if you perform well. Matching RRSP. Cons Benefits don't kick in until after probation. They removed Stock options recently.

Very good benefits package, 3 weeks vacation from hire date, 4 weeks after 10 years of service. Good health, life, STD and LTD benefits.

Great benefit package but you only get two option single plan or family plan. Which we could customize it for our needs.

The best thing is the Short Term Disability leading to LTD. STD is paid at 100% for nearly 5 months, followed by 70% on LTD for longer than that. I used these benefits for over a year

Good benefits, RRSP matching, workperks. They had a masseuse come in the other day and give massages in the office. It is lovely so far.

Have to wait 10 years to get an extra week vacation but you start with 3 weeks , no PTO days, just 5 sick days, benefits are predetermined BUT that is changing in 2020
