Interview
15 min chat with a recruiter/business partner. Then 45 min chat with VP/director. Second time interviewing with this company and second terrible experience. Had a great call but then 0 follow up by ADP. I even asked about timeline and was told next steps would come the following day or so. Totally ghosted. If it’s that hard to keep track/follow up with candidates some changes need to be made. Maybe it’s for the best, they don’t value the candidates time.

Really smooth process and everyone was really helpful on laying out a timeline for it. Not too difficult at all and pretty average questions. The people I dealt with were great overall.
Initial call with the recruiter, then intro call with Vice President, then pannel interview with hiring managers, after that the last step is a role play with hiring managers/Vice President
Went smoothly the recruiter was very helpful in laying out the interview process. three rounds of interviews first screening with recruiter then zoom with hiring manager then onto shadowing/role play for final interview
