I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ADP (Lynnwood, WA) in Oct 2015
Interview
I was interviewed by one of the team leads. He gave medetails about the company, the position, how he came to ADP, the challenges, the growth potential. It lasted about an hour and he said that I would probably have to interview with his manager and the manager over the team who he felt did a great job and was always there to back their employees and whatever happened. He had a lot to say about the company and his manager and the reason that he could see himself staying for a long time there.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why did you pick ATP and what was it about the role that interested you?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
I applied online. The initial phone interview was about a week after submitting the application, then I was sent a link to complete a formal application. About a month and a half after that I was invited to a face-to-face interview. I was offered the position, took a drug test and a background check was done which took about 10 days, and was given a start date. Knowing someone who works at ADP and having an employee referral greatly increases chances of getting hired. The entire process from submitting application to start date took 2 months.

Question 1
Phone interview went well, very polite but sturn recruiter. No difficult questions. However, when they say give a specific example, that is EXACTLY what they want a specific example no more no less.
