I applied online via company intranet and had several interviews with recruiters and mgrs and directors. For me, it was all over the phone since I was interviewing for a position out of my current state.
The interview process was very easy but the interviewers were not the nicest. Overall I would say that the interview went well. It’s definitely a good workplace with lots of culture

Interview
A recruiter conducts a phone or video screening to evaluate qualifications for the role. Will ask questions like: tell me about your experience with payroll processing, and why are you interested in working at ADP?
Standard interview process for a big, fortune 500 size corporation. Great communication thru all steps during the whole application process. Staff were all friendly. Seems like a good place to work and they treat their employees respectfully which is good.
