I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at ADP
Interview
Worst recruitment experience. Recruiter gave me a 5 minute phone screen, then said they'd call again to schedule an interview. I didn't get a call until about 2 weeks later. After those in-person interviews, I didn't hear anything for a few weeks so I thought they lost interest. I finally received a request to schedule more interviews at the last minute. A day before the interviews, I was asked to reschedule due to a manager's conflict. I followed up with recruiter right afterwards for next steps. Again I heard nothing for weeks...until I received a survey on their process.
I was disappointed with the inconsistent outreach and lack of communication.
HR reached out and set up an interview with two leaders within a week. A prompt rejection was received. It wasn't a good fit for either of us and it wouldn't have worked out.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How did you face a difficult challenge and what was the result.
Started with general discussion on the current profile & role followed with technical questions on the finance related topics. The questions were difficult and aimed to test the candidate thoroughly

Question 1
About current role in the organization and why do you want to change
Ghosted and then finally received an automated rejection after 6 rounds of interviews. I expected to receive somewhat of a more personalized rejection rather than an automated rejection a month later.
