I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (New York, NY) in Aug 2022
Interview
Went through 3 rounds 1st round - Interview with HM regarding background, experience and technical knowledge 2nd round - Another interview with a senior PM. Was interviewed about my background and was also asked some leadership based questions 3rd round - I was told this would be behavioral and to my surprise I was interviewed by 2 Engineers (who had no clue about Product Management btw) asking me complete technical questions. I was under the impression they wanted to know how I would make decisions based on those questions but they failed to set the context during the interview and it was filled with awkward silences. In spite of me asking them repeatedly I failed to understand what they really expected.
In the end I received a feedback that my technical skills weren't match their expectations.
This whole process took like a month and a half.
