A phone interview and panel interview before meeting with hiring management. ADP keeps you informed as to what to expect during the process. All of the personnel treat you in a professional manner throughout the whole process. Expectations are clearly stated during interview.

Interview
They had me do and an online pre-recorded interview then I had to pass a grammar test. Then it only took a week to hear back and schedule an in person interview.
Web call with management to review the job title and duties. Asked about goals and role fit to do the job. Since we just use thirty words I Dont know what else to put
The interview process at ADP was smooth and well-organized. The recruiter was very helpful throughout each step, providing clear communication and guidance. I felt supported and well-prepared for every stage.
