First, they called me for a phone appointment and then they told me that since I didn’t pass an initial interview in the last 6 months when I had another appointment, they disqualified me

Process included a phone screen with the recruiter, an interview with the VP of sales, a top performing employee interview and finally a manager panel with a sales role play scenario and behavioral questions.

Question 1
They asked me to walk through a sales role play where I was an ADP rep pitching payroll services to a small bagel shop referred by an existing client.
Do not recommend, had to go in the field shadowing someone for a full work day, get back to the office at 4:30, do an interview with a rude manager that seemed like they did not want to be there.

Interview
Phone interview -> Interview with VP of Sales -> Multiple in-person interviews with two separate panels of Sales Executives.
The team was great, responsive, and a fresh of breath air.
