I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at ADP (Alpharetta, GA) in Apr 2019
Interview
1 phone screen and 5 interviews. Each interviewer was was looking through a different lens. HR was checking general competence and qualifications (weed out cronyism), Sr Dir was checking critical and strategic thinking, Dir was checking role/industry-specific knowledge, unrelated Sr Dir was looking for “cultural fit” and VP was looking at overall candidate fit/experience for the role.

Question 1
How do you influence others without direct authority?
HR reached out and set up an interview with two leaders within a week. A prompt rejection was received. It wasn't a good fit for either of us and it wouldn't have worked out.

Question 1
How did you face a difficult challenge and what was the result.
Started with general discussion on the current profile & role followed with technical questions on the finance related topics. The questions were difficult and aimed to test the candidate thoroughly

Question 1
About current role in the organization and why do you want to change
Ghosted and then finally received an automated rejection after 6 rounds of interviews. I expected to receive somewhat of a more personalized rejection rather than an automated rejection a month later.
