Received a call on a Friday to Scheudle and interview on a Tuesday by a coordinator. I undersatnd they are a large RPO third party vendor but this just looks like there is an internal process that needs a little more attention. Kind of sloppy from a candidate perspective.

None--they were calling about a job in another state--got the job location wrong and wished me luck and rushed off the phone.

I applied for a position at ADP on the advice from a career counselor from my university.
The day of my interview turned out to be a time of flooding in Findlay. Some were not able to make it into work, and no one was there that was supposed to interview me. However, there were some very diligent and kind ADP employees who took the time to make sure that I met with someone, they adapted, and made sure that my interview went forward.
There was an initial phone screen, an in-person interview, and a couple of follow-up interview type conversations. I believe it was that I was going to get a job, it was just trying to figure out where I might best fit on their team.
This whole process has been great and am excited to start!

What was one time when your previous employment experience challenged you?
I had three phone interviews and a brief assessment before offer extension. The whole process took a few weeks. It went smoothly and the communication was good throughout the process.
