I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ADP (Richmond, VA) in Apr 2018
Interview
Recruiter reached out on LinkedIn saying that the VP of Sales asked her to contact me. After our initial discussion I sent in my resume and set up an in-person interview. I was not actively looking for new positions, but moved forward with the process because the compensation had a higher potential than my current role. The interview panel struggled to articulate what they were looking for in candidates and the timeline was unclear. I followed up with an email thanking the two individuals for their time and addressed areas of the interview that I felt were opportunities to improve. After a few days I reached out to the recruiter and never heard back from either of them. Based on my experience this seems very unprofessional.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at ADP in Aug 2022
Interview
Three interviews and the third which was meeting the team. Was told I would be called within the week which unfortunately lead to no call back. Only to see a Job posting on Linkdeln.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at ADP (Saint Louis, MO) in Jan 2019
Interview
After phone screen was asked for in person. Show up and the person who was supposed to interview isn’t there so had to interview with another manager. No big deal. Questions weren’t very formal and it was more conversational which I’m totally fine with.
Wrap up and he says he has a couple more interviews to do but thought I did a great job and will let me know in the next day or two. Well that was 2.5 months ago and I haven’t heard a word. Trust me, I haven’t been waiting by the phone. I just haven’t gotten around to typing a review. I followed up a few times with no response. For a company that’s trying to sell human resource tech, they should probably improve their Human Resource skills.
