I participated in several stages of the recruitment process and initially had a positive impression. However, communication quickly became irregular, with extended gaps and minimal updates despite follow-ups.
The process lacked clarity and continuity, and I was ultimately informed that the position had been filled internally.
While internal hiring decisions are understandable, the overall experience reflected a lack of structure, transparency, and consideration for candidates’ time and effort. In a tech environment where process discipline and communication standards are critical, this was disappointing.

JD Could have been more explained and expectation setting was not done at any stage, it was quite ambiguous hence your maturity and things to do on your own are important
