3 interviews. First is a screening and the others are with 2 people in each. Very nice people/teams. There are background checks so be prepared for delays in any final offers.

Standard question. Nothing too challenging. If you prepare, you should be fine.
ADP is the first company where I blatantly refused to continue the interview process because of the recruiter's professionalism. Overall I think ADP is a great company, However, they should definitely look into their recruitment team.
