The interview process was very straightforward. I first had a short phone screening where they asked about my background and basic editing experience. Then I completed a small editing task to show my writing and attention to detail. The final interview was a casual conversation with the hiring manager about workflow, expectations and how I handle deadlines. Overall, very relaxed and not stressful.
