Q: what's the best practise to design an api system
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at 51.ca (Toronto, ON)
Interview
No phone interview. They simply asked you to do on-site interview. They requested you to dress formally, but none of them dressed decently. The first half of the interview made me thought that I was arrested and interrogated by the police. A lot irrelevant questions about you and your background. Then the technical interview is also like coercion with maximum pressure to extract any information. Salary is 20-30% under market rate. Not any response or feedback after the interview.
