Pay rate and how often raises are given sucks! Rules in regards to sick pay and the many, many software issues make the Job less than desirable. I’ve only been with the company going on a year and there was so much hype about how much the leaders care about the employees which I find to be a bunch of BS. We have team leaders that don’t really care to help us succeed. It’s very easy to get what is called a IOA or a ding and become what they like to call a customer instead of an employee. It’s almost like walking on egg shells if you do something that’s not by the book simply by just not knowing or even in doing our best.

A company that treats you well (pay, benefits, etc.), awesome Coworkers, near-infinite opportunity to move up, and a fiscally responsible company that has never once had layoffs in 50+ years of business.

The inherent nature of working in operations is at times a bit inflexible and reliability is paramount. It is also seniority based and 24/7/365 shift work, so you have to be committed to the long haul to achieve ideal control of your schedule.

Lazy employees are praised, while good ones are fired. Management favors people of color only, in terms of opportunity and advancement. Lack of professionalism and education in regard to how to properly lead and manage operations. Often times your lunches are missed, you will have to argue to get them. And yes, argue. Faulty equipment to work with more often than not. (Unsafe) They admittedly overwork good workers to “get things done” while letting the others sit around for the same pay you receive instead of career development and training. Pay scale is actually awful compared to other companies and opportunities out there. Most people here are too “comfortable” to realize how awful it is, and overwork themselves to justify the pay.
