Great company culture. They treat employees very well. Great benefits all around especially health insurance, profitsharing and 401k. Best company I've worked for.

Lots of mandatory overtime which is good if you wanna make $$ but harsh on families. Gets better as you gain seniority!

Very positive culture. My managers made sure I was working on projects that were interesting and that would help me get a job in the public relations industry after I left.

It was hard to find short-term housing in Dallas, and Southwest didn't help much with that.

Please give people such as I an easy way to know how to get a job aboard an airline as a flight attendant. It’s not easy to get your foot in the door even when you have everything that would make a brilliant part of the cabin crew team
