Pros
The products, the company still has a good reputations as well. Location at Salesforce Dublin is easy to commute to, even if you're coming / commuting from further away.
Cons
- As an AE at Salesforce one loses the assigned accounts / account patch at the beginning of every financial year. If one has sales pipeline built up doesn't matter it's all gone
- Sales targets are too high
- Account patches can't be grown during the year, thus success is only for the few who have the luck of having a good account patch
- Salesforce Dublin has a big unprofessional childish kindergarden atmosphere to it
- salaries are not the best and non negotiable
- Salesforce Dublin is like a revolving door, once one is in, one is out quickly. I've seen colleagues who were hired, just to be fired with no chance to success given
- Salesforce Dublin constantly posts videos online on how great everything is but in reality they are desperate to find employees
- On-boarding is largely unrealistic
- The management style is only about threats and sticks, no carrots
