Cons
As with a lot of big corporates, you will be a "cog in the machine" and it can be a very draining experience where it is difficult to bring your best, authentic self to the role.
Great benefits such as :
1. private dental and health insurance
2. Spouse life insurance
Cons
1.Pension- Only 8% employer contributions
2.Not able to buy holiday unless you have a certain amount of time in the firm , despite the fact that is available to buy on the system ;
3,It’s the micromanagement system that it’s not my cup of tea- doing timesheets every week
4. If you join after 1 June - your not eligible for the annual performance bonus , means you’re left out (even if it’s 2 days later )
5. People are superficial and stressed out
