pros: personal care time, metal health support, very flexible benefits choices, life spending account cons: office is opened during the holidays (need to take 2-3 days from vacation time)

For a large company the benefits are satisfactory. The health benefits could be increased to accommodate more family benefits without employee paying out of pocket difference.

The benefits are ok, the bonus isn't great, but I guess better than nothing. They do a partial match for your pension and holiday time is pretty standard.
