‘many roles include 3 weeks vacation no overtime paid depending on the position’
‘One time salary life insurance ’
‘Average across the other big fours’
Very good plan! Values employees.
pros: personal care time, metal health support, very flexible benefits choices, life spending account cons: office is opened during the holidays (need to take 2-3 days from vacation time)
You can customize your coverage
For a large company the benefits are satisfactory. The health benefits could be increased to accommodate more family benefits without employee paying out of pocket difference.
Excellent paramedical and dental benefits. No employer matching on RRSP. Minimal matching on RPP.
$2000 mental health allowance per year
The benefits are ok, the bonus isn't great, but I guess better than nothing. They do a partial match for your pension and holiday time is pretty standard.
fitness allowance, great medical benefits at a cheaper price, great work-life balance. Great team culture and employee-friendly policies.
Great benefits overall and flexible coverage based on needs.
15 days a year with 10 day carry-over. Pretty standard benefit package. ~2500CAD for yearly benefit allocation
