I’ve been in the medical device/orthodontic industry for over 20 years. ULab Systems is hands down the best company I’ve worked for. Outstanding executive team, colleagues, customers, and compensation.

Cons

Lots of competition but ULab is growing rapidly as we offer better options and create value for Orthodontic Specialists.

Amazing company with an incredibly supportive team and a truly positive atmosphere. From day one, everyone makes you feel like part of the team, and there’s a strong sense of collaboration where people are always willing to help each other. Leadership does an excellent job of keeping everyone informed and included, which builds trust and transparency. Team meetings have genuinely improved the way we work and communicate. Overall, an outstanding place to work where everyone is treated with respect and made to feel valued.

Cons

Because the team is so collaborative, meetings can occasionally run longer than expected.
