Pros

Nothing that I could think of.

- it s not a fixed salary. It s tiered salary. In order to obtain a 45k base is soley based on performace. It’s lower based on under 75%, under 45%, Under 25% and then if no meetings booked per month your salary is $16k. Which I only found out at the last stage of my interview, during my initial interview, manager stated it was 45k base usd (60k cad). So I was misled till the end. - training is 6 weeks, yet the pay is stipened at $2067 for that whole period. - Benefits for US employees are not even that great. Benefits for Canadians - NONE - Also remote work but no equipment provided and no compensation for using your own. Not even a webcam. Yet they want you to be on webcam throughout your shift in a virtual environment. - Would highly encourage you to pursue a company that compensates and invests in their employees appropriately.

Pros

I couldn't find any benefits except working from home.

Cons

There are so many problems with this company that I can't even tell. Base salary is a scam and their product is weak, your director who are suppose to close the deal for you are just terrible. I would avoid this company if I were you.
